Bridgett Allen Hedgeman is a seasoned life sciences commercial leader with more than 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry. Her career spans commercial strategy, strategic accounts, sales leadership, field execution, and customer engagement, with deep experience across complex healthcare systems and the cardiovascular market.Throughout her career, Bridgett has partnered with healthcare executives, clinical leaders, integrated delivery networks, cross-functional teams, and industry organizations to translate commercial priorities into effective field execution. She founded UpGrade Sales Consulting to bring that experience to organizations seeking practical, field-informed strategies that strengthen execution and drive sustainable business results.
